Reva Returns & Refunds Policy
At Reva, we carefully curate high-quality pet care products from trusted brands. While we hope you and your pet love your purchase, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our returns and refunds policy below.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email returns@revapets.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
We will coordinate your return with the brand and provide you with return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must:

Be in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Be shipped back to the brand within 28 days of receiving your order.

Include the packing slip inside the return package.

Be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit. Damaged returns may not be accepted.
The following items are non-returnable:

Made-to-order or personalized items

Opened or used pet care products (such as supplements, food, or grooming items)

Bedding and toys that have been used

Any item that is returned in a condition that does not meet our requirements
Return Shipping & Refunds

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the brand receives the returned item(s), a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 working days after the return is received and approved.

If returning items from multiple brands, each item must be returned separately to its respective brand with the provided instructions.

Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

If you have returned items from multiple brands, refunds may be issued separately.

We do not refund original shipping fees unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact returns@revapets.com within 14 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We will work with the brand to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Note: Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accident, or misuse will not be considered faulty.
Exchanges
Exchanges are brand-specific and may not be available for all products. If a brand offers exchanges, we will facilitate the process. Please contact returns@revapets.com to inquire about exchanges for your specific order.
