Reva Shipping Policy

At Reva, we partner with independent brands to bring you thoughtfully curated pet care products. As each order is shipped directly by the brand, delivery times and fees may vary. Below, you will find our delivery policy to help guide your expectations.

Shipping & Delivery Times

  • Your order will be dispatched directly from the independent brand(s) you purchase from.

  • If you order from multiple brands, your products may arrive at different times and in separate packages.

  • Estimated delivery times for each brand shipment will be provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

  • Reva currently only ships within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Fees & Free Delivery Threshold

  • £5 per brand, with free delivery for orders over £100.

Duties & Taxes

  • All orders within the UK include duties and taxes at checkout. There are no additional charges upon delivery.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • If you order from multiple brands, you will receive separate tracking emails for each shipment.

  • Please note that in some cases, tracking numbers may not be available. If tracking is not provided, we will ensure that you receive updates regarding your order’s status.

Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@revapets.com.

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed by the brand. If the order has already been dispatched, you may return it in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
