zeze Wave Cat Scratching Board — Corrugated Cardboard, 44 cm

zeze Wave Cat Scratching Board — Corrugated Cardboard, 44 cm

Wave Profile · Corrugated Cardboard · Small Footprint

Some scratchers ask for a corner of the room. This one asks for a strip of floor about the size of a shoe box lid. The board is 44 cm long and 12 cm wide, cut in a gentle wave so the scratching surface rises and dips along its length.

The top is packed corrugated cardboard. The curve gives a paw something to push against at the crest and something to drag through in the dip.

Along the side, a printed band of soft colour keeps it looking like something left out on purpose. At around 0.2 kg it can sit by the sofa arm, the doormat or the foot of the bed, wherever the claws have been heading lately, and move again when they head somewhere else.
